Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

A detached, cozy cottage of about 45m2 in the back of our garden, with the possibility to sit outside. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Egmond-Binnen and overlooks the Abbey. In 10 minutes, you can cycle to the beach through the beautiful dune reserve. In the village, within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bar and the Abbey shop with delicious home-brewed beer and organic vegetables. Bed linen and towels are included, and you can park for free in the street.

This cozy and sunny cottage in Bakkum is on the edge of the dunes and the forest. Within walking distance are various eateries. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

The Hofkamer, by the beach and dunes

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
