A detached, cozy cottage of about 45m2 in the back of our garden, with the possibility to sit outside. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Egmond-Binnen and overlooks the Abbey. In 10 minutes, you can cycle to the beach through the beautiful dune reserve. In the village, within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bar and the Abbey shop with delicious home-brewed beer and organic vegetables. Bed linen and towels are included, and you can park for free in the street.

Close to Egmond and train station. Charming, quietly located cottage in Heiloo – the perfect base for your stay. Heiloo is a friendly village with all the facilities you need. The cottage is in our garden and has its own small private patio. Our children sometimes play outside, and our friendly Labradoodle loves a cuddle. Quiet residential area – no parties, or youngsters. Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
