We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Stone Hill. The house is absolutely perfect, literally a dream house. The pool and landscaping are beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for cooking big meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the basket with s’mores ingredients and the fire pit. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and look out at the scenery and pool. The ping-pong table in the basement was fun for the whole family, as well as a great selection of games and cards in the TV room. These came in handy on our 2 rainy days. The owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. It’s the perfect location, only a short drive to Great Barrington and grocery shopping at Guido’s. There’s also a great dog park in GB if you’re traveling with a dog. We hope to come back to Stone Hill many times in the future.

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for Berkshires graduation. It was 15 min from the school and 15 min from Great Barrington. Wish the weather would have been better for the pool! They were very available for any of our questions and needs. Definitely recommend!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family trip. Spacious house with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, a well equipped kitchen, luxurious and extremely comfortable furnishings and a location that makes visits to surrounding charming towns so easy.

We were happy with this AirBNB and would stay here again. It was nice and quiet but a very short drive into Great Barrington. Close to lots of hiking. Updates have been made since some of the previous reviews. There are two couches in the living room and some of the stock items in the kitchen for convenience.

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and thought that was put into this private destination. The moment you step on property, the freshness of the air and sounds of the creek are immediately calming. Diana was incredibly nice and very communicative before and during the entire stay. Activities: The sauna, creek, hot tub, pizza oven, grill, fire place/pits, hammocks- the amenities are amazing and unlike any other Airbnb I have ever been in before. So much that besides a quick dinner out one night (12 min away) and a nice walk around the Mountain Top Arboretum with our dog, we wanted to spend our time at the property. We called it our personal sanctuary spa!! The home: The home style is minimalistic but homey and every single item is top notch quality. There are no shortcuts- the entire place is a work of art. The bedroom and bathroom inspired me to reanalyze my own bedroom style. Thank you for upping the Airbnb game!! Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot! ✨

The house is absolutely perfect for a quiet, rural getaway that's in close proximity to Hudson and Great Barrington! The property is green and lush and there are numerous picture windows to enjoy the surroundings and stunning views. The wood floors and ceilings make the home feel incredibly cozy and there are numerous seating areas and a large kitchen. We had a fantastic time staying and would highly recommend it to anyone!

My husband & I loved our stay at the Hilltop Ski and Sun Chalet! The decor is beautiful, thoughtful and had a very cozy vibe. We especially loved the outdoor patio & screened in porch! It rained the first half of our visit so we enjoyed the indoor space as well! The kitchen was well-stocked and the living room was super comfortable to play games, watch movies or just unwind! We highly recommend this space to families or friends traveling together also, there is so much room to enjoy!

My friends, family, and I have been coming to Great Barrington for more than 20 years. This is the most comfortable home we have stayed in. Everything was as described in the listing. The grounds are also very nice. The house has a beautiful yard, garden, and peaceful atmosphere. Everyone in our group remarked on the comfort, cleanliness, and good energy in the home.

We had a lovely stay at Julia and Javi’s. Great place for 5 of us to sleep comfortably. Connected kitchen, dining and living rooms made for very communal feel which was great. Would stay again!

Beautiful home! Extremely clean upon arrival and excellent communication. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Sadly it rained our entire stay so we could not enjoy the pool or the beautiful backyard, but we still had a lovely stay. We hope to come back soon!

A beautiful, comfortable house right on the Hudson with stunning views. We loved watching all the life on the river, herons and loons and ducks, as well as boats from tiny crafts to massive barges. There are great hikes just a short distance away. It is a perfect place to rest, write, draw, and make music.

We loved the Yellow Victorian! Danielle was a great host--clear, honest, responsive. The space is gorgeous, with so many large rooms, each with its own flavor. The beds were comfy, the living room cozy. And the best part were the kitchen and garden. It felt really spacious for the family to cook together, dink coffee, sit outside and chill. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and all the glass and servingware you will need--loved how eclectic the choices were, made the stay fun! We are definitely coming back next time we are in south county :-)
