Whether you are here for shopping, tourism or to visit one of the hospitals nearby, you’ll fall in love with this incredible house and the amenities provided.

Magnolia Cottage: Cozy efficiency on 3-acres

Charming efficiency apartment located on three-acre property... Feels like the country, but close to The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and Spring. Watch the deer in the yard and enjoy the quiet, wooded area! The apartment is attached to the garage, but not to the main house. The apartment has one bed plus a full kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a shared game room. Very flexible space. Home is nice and quiet, but still close to conveniences. Due to allergies, we do not accept animals.

The Woodlands/Shenadoah Casita

Right in the heart of all of the action, you will find this super cute, well appointed Casita with queen bed. You will have your own space and everything you need for your getaway. We provide off street parking, outside patio, hot tub and access to the grill. This casita is located across the patio from our primary residence. While you do have your own space you may bump into us outside feeding the chickens or letting our little Yorkie out to potty. You’ll access through the side gate.

Enjoy this luxury 1-King Bed charming, efficiency apartment located close to The Woodlands, Conroe and Spring, TX. Close to many restaurants, The Woodlands Mall, grocery and retail stores. Guest will have 1 personal assigned covered carport, pool, high speed Wi-Fi. Smart TVs in all rooms. Super stylish/modern lounge area. Eat-in kitchen island with motion led lights for extra lighting at night! Home is very nice and quiet. Due to allergies, we do not accept animals.

Lakefront Guesthouse with private access to the Lake. Spacious 1-Bed Suite (900sft) for peaceful and comfortable stay for your family (1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed). Can accommodate up to 4 adults or 5 people including kids Enjoy the Lakeview, Pool, Sunrise/Sunset, Grill and Patio. Please note, the Guesthouse is attached to the main house where we live. All the interior pictures are from the Guesthouse. Guests don’t share any space with us except the driveway and backyard.
