Appartement lumineux et agréable, vue direct sur la Tour Eiffel. Une chambre double, 57 m2, idéal pour un couple (pièce du fond non accessible car réservée à un usage privée). Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Terrasse Face à la Tour Eiffel

Appartement très agréable, au coeur de Paris, face à la Tour Eiffel ! lumineux car situé au dernier étage( 6 ème avec ascenseur) dans une rue très calme.Entièrement rénové en mars 2020 avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité ,bien équipé. Et bien sûr une terrasse bien sympathique pour se relaxer, prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil! Et le soir venu déguster une bonne bouteille de vin tout en admirant la tour Eiffel illuminée!
