Pleasant apartment of 40 m2, located in the 20th in Belleville, on the second floor (no elevator) of an old building. Its location is very appreciable because the entrance to the building is located on a pedestrian street with many bars and restaurants, as for the apartment it is on a second inner courtyard which makes it quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.
