Very nice, spacious apartment. And the communication went very well.

In a great location in Maastricht. Really everything within walking distance and cafes and restaurants very close. It was a wonderful and relaxed stay!

As a French student, I needed somewhere to stay quickly while I waited for my real accommodation to become available. Romeo made sure he could accommodate me, even bringing forward his planned dates. The flat is incredible with its terrace and very well located near the station. I didn't see a lot Romeo during my stay but he's very friendly and always ready to help.

Thea and Jo were so warm and helpful! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

The accommodation was very nice. The cottage is in the middle of the city center with nice tents within walking distance. The stay has all the comforts and Lynn is a great host. We felt very much at home

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. We thought the terrace and the living room were shared, but we had these all to ourselves. Everything was clean, and equipped for everything. With little contact it felt like we already knew the house. Everything spoke for itself and we felt safe and familiar. A top place to stay

Host is friendly and greet guest on arrival with detail instruction and recommendations. The place is like described, new and spacious . The location is steps from MECC, where is the conference held. It is also steps to a number of buses and train which can bring you to downtown Maastricht or other places easily. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

It is a wonderful apartment, spacious, clean and bright on the ground floor. Both the train station and the city center are within walking distance. Great kitchen equipment for cooking. Beautiful walks made, in the city and surroundings (to Valkenburg).

We are a group of 4 New Zealanders travelling around Europe for a month. We enjoyed staying here, cool, peaceful (the trains do not travel through the town during the night); just what we wanted. Recommended.

Clara is a super host, friendly and flexible, her place is a great place to visit Maastricht, close enough to the center. Bed is super confortable and the appartement stays cool’s even when it’s really hot outside. I’d come back !

Friendly welcome , it was a bit of a search to check in, after we found this we were guided around by the public space and escorted to our room. We slept well and it was nice and quiet . Great location if you want to go to Valkenburg or Maastricht within 15 minutes you are there .

Lovely apartment in a great location to explore the Dutch Limburg. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Maril is a superb host. Highly recommended!

The studio is very well suited for a longer stay, with a well equipped small kitchen and plenty of space. Especially for students at the Randwyck campus the location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk. The bus station to the city center is nearby, in case you don’t t have a bike. Very fairly priced.

Very pleasant and warm accommodation with many practical amenities and good beds. Samantha is very hospitable and immediately comes to the rescue with questions.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Neda’s apartment. We were warmly greeted by Neda‘s brother and his wife, in her absence and shown around the apartment. We enjoyed sharing an afternoon tea of spiced tea and Dutch biscuits. Our room was large with a king size bed and lots of storage space. The shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom were modern and clean. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen where we cooked a light meal for dinner that night. Thanks Shahrooz and Soli for your warm hospitality. We recommend your Airbnb highly.

Wonderful location. Perfect for a weekend of hiking, biking and relaxing

Shahriar is a very good host and he helped us during our stay. The place is very spacious and clean and it has a good location being walkable (20mins) to the city center and around a 5mins walk to the nearest bus stop where you can take the bus to city center etc. The apartment was fully equipped with everything from coffee machines to bathroom necessities and it made our stay much more enjoyable and pleasant. Highly recommend if you’re around Maastricht and want a comfortable place to stay at.

Lovely stay at Soli and Shahrooz's place! They were very kind and helpful, proactively giving me everything I needed before arrival. The place was also spotless. I highly recommend staying here with them!

Couldn’t ask for better! Every single detail of the apartment has been meticulously thought out, so many lovely thoughtful touches to make it an outstanding and beautiful property. Loved all the art/plants and decor 😍 both Sylvia and Hans were super helpful, very very friendly and easy to contact. Our dog was very happy and relaxed here too, the Only downfall is we wished we could have stayed longer!

We really had a wonderful stay in this airbnb. We arrived a little earlier than agreed but that was no problem at all. Upon arrival, the host was already ready to welcome us. We were able to indicate whether we wanted to use the jacuzzi and we got some nice tips and options for the area. The airbnb itself was clean and full of luxury furnishings. From jacuzzi (with starry sky) to spacious sauna, fire bowl, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators/freezer etc! Actually, everything described in the advertisement is correct. There was even a canopy on the 2nd terrace with a large television underneath, so you could also watch TV outside in the evening. The beds were neatly made, towels and toilet paper were available everywhere, and things like a first aid kit, extra blankets, etc. were also present. The contact went pleasantly through the host, but also Belvilla itself was easy to reach via the airbnb app. 5 stars! if we go to south Limburg again we will come back!

Kelly and Diana are absolutely wonderful hosts, and B&B De Muldermolen is a treasure. The property is located across the street from a charming and lovely pond surrounded by trees and filled with wildlife. The sounds of frogs and the chirps of birds were always around and were a welcome change from the sounds of the city. The B&B sits near other villages with amazing food and incredible charm. And the Kelly and Diana are knowledge, welcoming, and friendly. We are already looking forward to when we can return! A slice of paradise not far from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.

Friendly welcome. Had a neat explanation about the accommodation. Only too bad that 2 days in advance the pump of the jacuzzi broke. Worth booking again.
