Beneden bevindt zich een grote woonkamer met goed geoutilleerde keuken en badkamer. Het huis is geschikt voor een gezin of vriend(inn)engroep van 2-4 personen. De slaapkamers boven met 2 tweepersoonsbedden staan in open verbinding met elkaar. Buiten is een overdekt terrasje en een groot gazon. Vanuit het huis is direct aansluiting op wandel- en fietsroutes.

In de omgeving vindt u diverse musea en restaurants. Mooie fiets- en wandel omgeving. Dichtbij Veldhoven, Eersel, Valkenswaard en Waalre. Dus dichtbij MMC Veldhoven, ASML en Koningshof. Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Op de Bosscheweg, pal tegenover Hotel v.d Valk ligt ons huis met rondom bomen en waterpartijen. In de tuin is het werk-atelier van de voormalige bewoner omgetoverd tot een heerlijk gastenverblijf. Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.

De Schatkuil

Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out.
