Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! The village of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 m), an enviable sunny position and at the same time proximity to the town of Domodossola and the Alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, large balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Centrally located close to the lifts and cable car 300 m from the village center. Close to a sports shop/tourist office and ski school. New: The apartment is now heated directly with a heat pump and the necessary electricity is provided via a solar system. We take the environmental concept very seriously.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house are allowed to book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
