Casa Elia is a detached building with private parking and the possibility of a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles, large garden with table and chairs ideal for your moments of relaxation. The house offers you the tranquility of a small town a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the Ossola Valleys and the Toce cycle path. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (equipped with linens and dishes).

Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Charming farmhouse with mountain views

This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. Chic Apartment in the Heart of the Vineyards Cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The open mezzanine offers an additional double bed recommended for children. Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. The house is situated on a small hill. Please read all the information in the listing before booking to avoid surprises. Living room, dining room and bedroom are spacious. Wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Brienz from the living room and terrace. The house has two apartments. The upper apartment is available for guests only. The host lives in the lower one during the tourist season. Luggage transport to the house is possible if the host is on site.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
