Beautiful apartment in the luxury center of Barcelona, with a nice and quiet terrace to relax !!! 5 minutes from the beautiful "Paseo de Gracia" street in the arquitectonic "modernisme" neighbourhood of "Eixample!" A safe area full of restaurants and terraces. Walking distance to the most interesting visits of the city. Very well located ;) and from a few months ago there are two pedrestian streets around to enjoy: carrer girona and carrer consell de cent. Apartment with turistic licence.

Very bright and with a nice terrace with views.
