Fully serviced penthouse duplex with terrace - professional 30 minute daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the second floor you have access to a large private roof top terrace with chill out furniture, plants and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya! Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

TOURIST TAX The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. As of April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service, which comes with an extra charge. • Standard cleaning is done mid-stay for stays of 5 nights or more. Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra cost of €35. • On the day of departure, the guest must leave the apartment in an acceptable state of order and cleanliness. Boutique Apartments 23 Barcelona will have the right to charge additional cleaning fees when the property is not in acceptable condition, as well as for any damage caused.
