Delicate house right by Ekebergsletta

The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and the bus stop to/from town. On the first floor there is a living/dining room, open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a 100 m2 patio, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a TV lounge. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental section that is available for rent. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped, but we don't offer a BBQ.

Welcome to a unique and family-friendly gem in the cozy Ekebergskrenten in central Oslo. The guest house, a converted stable building from the 1880s, has good facilities with short distances to both Sørenga, Barcode and the Opera, as well as to Ekeberg with farm, camping and sculpture park etc. This is the place for one or two couples, up to four friends or a family. The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)
