Dieses mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Apartment liegt drei Fussminuten entfernt vom langen, sehr schönen Strand der Ortschaft Vrachos, wo man gegen Bestellung eines Kaffees etc. Sonnenschirm und liegen kostenlos nutzen kann. Die Wohnung selbst geht hinaus auf eine große, von Olivenbäumen gesäumte Wiese, von der man einen herrlichen Blick hat auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne. John ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und seine so sympathische Mutter, die oben im Haus wohnt, brachte uns jeden Tag irgendeine Überraschung zum Essen. Wir habe uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Vrachos ist viel ruhiger als das überlaufene Parga, das von hier schnell zu erreichen und natürlich einen Besuch wert ist genauso wie die Osmanenfestung mit dem fantastischen Ausblick auf die Küste.

Είναι ένα σπίτι άνετο , καθαρό, με τον εξωτερικό του χώρο και τη θέα του στη θάλασσα που προσδίδουν ακόμα περισσότερο. Αξίζει να επισκεφτεί κανείς το μέρος και είναι ιδανικό και για οικογένειες καθώς έχει κοντινή παραλία το σπίτι αλλά και σε μικρή απόσταση είναι η παραλία του Βράχου και της Λούτσας.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo magnifico posto per 10 giorni,2 adulti e 2 bambini.posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura e al fresco delle montagne,zalongo a due passi,casa essenziale,punto forte,il cortile che diventa un estensione della casa,gli aperitivi e le colazioni li,ci mancheranno molto. Il paesino è tranquillo,tutti gentili,sopratutto i vicini di casa.Panorama sul mare e il golfo di preveza con lefkada, incantevoli. La natura è la padrona del posto e abbiamo assaporato una Grecia speciale e vera. Il luogo è vicino a tutto,spiagge,attrazioni, escursioni,ristorante xantippi in paese,fantastico ed economico,abbiamo solo impressioni positive di questo fantastico posto. E per finire,l host,Nikos Purtroppo non ci siamo conosciuti di persona,ma ci sentivamo spesso,e quindi è come se ci fossimo conosciuti, è una persona stupenda, disponibile,attento a tutto,ci ha aiutato tanto quando avevamo bisogno,si vede che ci tiene alla casa e ai suoi ospiti.Davvero consigliato Grazie per tutto

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

Υπέροχη θέα με ηλιοβασίλεμα σαν της Σαντορίνης, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό,πολύ καλή τοποθεσία αν θέλεις να επισκεφθείς όλη την γύρω περιοχή από Πρέβεζα μέχρι Πάργα, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, θα το συνιστούσα.

Das Haus, der Garten und der Strand sind einfach nur traumhaft. Im sehr sauberen Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, stabiles WLAN, Smart-TV). Georgios und seine Mutter haben zudem für Olivenöl, Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten, Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Wechseln, große Strandtücher, Mückenspray und viele weitere Vorräte und Annehmlichkeiten gesorgt. Der Garten ist groß und gut gepflegt. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Hängematte. Der Zugang zum Strand geht direkt vom Garten aus. Auch für die Strandtage gibt es alles - Sonnenschirme, Liegen, eine Außendusche. Es sind sehr wenige Menschen am Strand, es gab keine Seeigel und man kann sehr leicht ins Wasser gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Georgios verlief unkompliziert. Er hatte super Vorschläge für uns und hat immer zügig und freundlich geantwortet. Zur Begrüßung hat uns seine ebenfalls sehr herzliche Mutter sogar eine selbstgemachte Süßigkeit mitgebracht. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage!

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος με όμορφες πινελιές... Πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και η κυρία Μαρία και η κόρη της ευγνενέστατες και πρόθυμες να εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσαμε... Αν είχα και άλλα αστέρια θα έβαζα.

Πολύ ευχάριστη παραμονή! Ήταν όλα πανέμορφα, πεντακάθρα και προσεγμένα. Εκλεπτισμένο γούστο! Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλική, συνεργάσιμη και κατατοπιστική. Με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα θέλαμε να επισκεπτούμε ξανά τον χώρο.
