The house is part of a farm of 4 hectares, with elements of an old farm: vegetable garden, woodshed, chicken coop, dovecote, two norias, laundry, old fruit trees, etc. Ideal for resting, celebrating or enjoying stays with children, who can learn and participate in the tasks of caring for the animals and the farm. There are several routes to walk around.

Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

In the event that two people are staying, only the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony will be opened. When there are 4 guests, both rooms will be available.
