Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Good place to stay, very clean

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door as infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I could not use, such as the BBQ.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

Stayed for a month. Very comfortable and clean. Building has great facilities. Easy access to Ekopark, restaurants, convenience store. Pedro is very responsive and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed Alejandro’s apartment. It was in the heart of the city with everything in walkable distance. He was very accommodating and flexible as we had varying arrivals and departure times . If you are looking to stay near el parque de Carolina and explore all Quito has to offer I 100% recommend his Airbnb. It’s spacious and has all the amenities you will need. We will certainly be back when we return to Quito.

Spectacular stay, super nice decor and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd come back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

I’m pretty sure this is the first time an Airbnb was BETTER than I expected. By far this is my favorite stay in Quito. The decor is top notch quality, the location is great, the views are spectacular and the hot shower to die for. Highly recommended.

Loved my stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the city center and with easy access to public transportation. The apartment is cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Communication with the host was excellent, he always answered my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness and tidiness are impeccable. The accommodation was very nice, Charly gave us clear instructions, we did not cook but there were most utensils, we had a great time in the wet area, the pool, Turkish sauna and jacuzzi are really spectacular, the washing machine makes a loud sound when it is drying and Alexa does not obey on very few occasions hehe, but in general the accommodation that Charly offers is spectacular, we would definitely return.
