James was a fantastic host! Couldn’t have been luckier I am so glad I booked this villa!! The villa was absolutely beautiful and the photos do not do it justice the place is unreal and James was the best host I’ve ever encountered he is so professional he goes above and beyond for every single request throughout your whole stay and tends to your every need! He is a fantastic businessman and the best host on air bnb I’ve ever had!! An absolute pleasure staying in your villa and I would recommended James and his property company to everyone for air bnb rentals or even purchases in Spain he’s portfolio is unmatched and he is the perfect man behind the business!! We absolutely loved this magical place. Great townhouse with amazing view and direct access to the beach. There's a beach path right in front of the house that takes you into Estepona in only 25 minutes by foot, or a short 5 minute drive. Nearby you can rent e-bikes or e-scooters to explore the area further. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious with lots of areas to sit to enjoy the amazing views. Anne-Marie was very communicative and super helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The house was perfect for our large group and comfortable, the host was delightful, responsive and friendly. The location is ideal, close to everything by car and very peaceful. Everything was great!

Stayed for a week end of April start of May as a family of 6. Amazing Vila even more spacious than the photos show, amazing views and great pool. Exactly as described. Jenna was an amazing host very responsive before and throughout the stay. Also really flexible on check in and checkout time. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at Jacque's house. His welcome was the best I've ever experienced on Airbnb. He took his time to explain everything to us and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The house itself is very spacious and was ideal for our big group. The children loved the swimming pool and we all really appreciated the pool and padel equipment provided. We also enjoyed walking to the beach, which is really beautiful, and spending time at the new chiringuito called Meollo. I highly recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.

The house turned out even better that what the photos show. Nice quiet place with plenty of space for everyone. The hosts are very responsive and the process is very straight forward. Highly recommend the place!

We loved our stay at Villa Valentine. Although the location is a 20 minute drive back to shops and restaurants (down some windy, hilly roads), the beauty and peacefulness of the location more than compensated. The Villa was beautifully presented and perfectly matched the description. Kevin and his wife Anna were perfect hosts, even adding extra coffee to the generous welcome pack. We have no hesitation in recommending!

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

6 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Villa. The Social areas and the pool were great spaces to relax and enjoy the day. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and kindly allowed us to check in early. My only advice for future guests is to bring your insect repellent, we had endured a lot of bites.

We had a great time at villa M2! Chris was very helpful throughout the trip, the pool and outdoor area at the villa is a showstopper - lots of great memories made!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this villa. It was pristine when we arrived and very well laid out. The grounds were stunning and I don't think this could be conveyed in the photos. Everything about the villa was fabulous. The master bedroom and ensuite were gorgeous. The pool was great, even in April, and the views were amazing. I don't think we've stayed somewhere which was so perfect! Would definitely return. ❤️

Villa was stunning in a newly developed extremely private gated area. Villa was very spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and modern, the outdoor areas maintained well, enjoyed the table tennis and pool was a great size for activity - we paid extra for pool heating and would recommend this even when the weather is warm. Host was very helpful in arrival details and offered airport transfers and other services and very responsive to messages if any help was needed, we had a slight issue with a neighbour but absolutely no fault of the host and was super helpful to offer assistance so no problem with the villa whatsoever. Would recommend a car rental as it is hard to walk up hill in heat and taxis struggle or refuse to get in/out of gates and very long steep walk to the nearest shop but only a short drive from Banús and other areas and beaches so overall a good location only 10 mins from everything Would certainly return, everything was great, well priced and overall great trip

Views and the facility are outstanding. It is the ideal place to stay at the house during the entire stay and enjoy the calm and the nature. The access is through a dirt road and it is about 15 minutes from downtown. Overall a highly recommendable place for a group of friends / family.

The pool was a real highlight, set in a beautiful, peaceful environment that guaranteed total relaxation. The neighborhood is very private and safe, offering complete tranquility. Communication with the host was flawless — he was always quick to respond and made check-in effortless. The location is perfect: the villa is nestled in a quiet area close to beautiful beaches, and Marbella is just about a 30-minute drive away. We would definitely love to come back! A stunning place. Every viewpoint a joy. We hope to be able to return one day. As we watched the sunset on our first night my Granddaughter said ‘I don’t want to leave’. We all had an amazing week. The pool is excellent. Big and deep so the children could practise diving safely and they had so much fun. We were a party of 11 adults, one teenager and four children. We visited the beautiful towns of Zahara and Ronda. Jacco and Riët are perfect hosts and the pool was cleaned every morning early. All beds are very comfortable. I love the central courtyard. It is a haven of birdsong in the early morning and a shady retreat in the late afternoon.
