Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

The apartment is located 200 metres from the beach and gives access to 4 pools in less than 2 minutes. A children's playground nearby as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a rooftop summer kitchen with a barbecue. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave the house and the wind rises, it will automatically retract.
