Casa Coatli is located inside the Casa Xolo property with 4 more houses, a restaurant. The first breakfast is included in the rate, we have almost no neighbors; it is a very quiet neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15-minute walk to the center, we accept pets, 2 dogs live on the property, we have chickens and roosters, we offer tours of all kinds and practical tips to enjoy the area. Steve and I welcome you personally and in a friendly manner. Festive and casual atmosphere.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Our place is brand new… it’ll feel like home away from home. We are four lots from the Pickleball courts..which is Tres Palapas. We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. We provide… Coffee Soaps and shampoo Snacks Mayo, mustard, and ketchup. All linens And WiFi !!
