The truth is that the house seemed perfect to us, very spacious and far exceeded our expectations. It had all kinds of amenities and details. Everything was very clean. As for the host, we found him to be a very kind person and he immediately gave us all kinds of facilities. He explained everything that could be done. And he answered all your questions. After some initial confusion on check-in (please check your Airbnb messages Manuel!), Tomas arrived to show us around the house and gave us recommendations for restaurants etc. Manuel's house is beautiful and full of authentic Spanish charm. The Moorish ceiling decoration in the hallway was particularly beautiful. Overall the house was very clean, with working air conditioning and an excellent shower. Having a garage for our car was fantastic as public parking in Úbeda is limited. The road outside the house is fairly wide by Spanish standards so you shouldn't have any issues getting in and out with a reasonably sized car. Relaxing in the courtyard during the evening by the fountain was a perfect way to end a long day.

Location was a bit secluded and would be difficult to navigate to using GPS only, but guest provided clear instructions on finding the property and everything went smoothly.

The stay in the house is perfect to spend a few days and get to know the towns in the area. Úbeda , Baeza , Jaén It is five minutes from the Mercadona and ten from the center to tapear by Linares To highlight the cleanliness of the house , the comfort of the mattresses as well as that it has everything you need in the house. A very quiet and residential area I would definitely repeat .

We felt welcomed and communication was easy even though we don’t speak the same language (google translate to the rescue). Our host was very kind and we felt right at home. House was clean and had listed amenities. We recommend Julia’s place, we would stay again. Thank you for having us!

A very nice and well-kept house, very easy to reach and Sara was attentive to everything. The landscape from the house is spectacular and if you are looking for tranquility it is perfect. As the only detail we stayed a little small for 10 people, especially the kitchen.

Great place for a weekend, BBQ, pool and very comfortable beds. The leisure areas, such as Ping pong or basketball, are also very well equipped. The detail of the landlords was 10. Highly recommended

Ainhoa's house is very nice and beautiful, it is renovated with great taste and detail. The patio and the pool are a beautiful and very intimate, pity that the rainy weather did not accompany to be able to enjoy it. The rooms are very spacious, and also the kitchen and living area. The bathroom is also large. The car is easily parked on the street almost in front of the house. Everything was very tidy and clean, and the hosts were very pending and responded very quickly. They made it easier for us to check in with a flexible hour, since we arrived a little late, at 9 pm hrs 😅, and we had been lit by the fireplace and everything!! The village is small, an old mining town, very quiet in the middle of the mountain range, to disconnect.

Very centrally located house that is well equipped and comfortable. We were four adults and had ample space. Would go there again and recommend.

Very good location, close to downtown and the shopping area (5min walk) but far enough away to make it a quiet and quiet place without a buzz. If they are going by car it is essential to rent the additional parking as there is no where to park in the area. I recommend it!!

Spacious house with a lovely garden with pool and garden furniture. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It is very private and peaceful. The pleasant village has a few restaurants not far away. The place is about 45 min from where one can watch lynxes, otters and bisons. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Totally recommended. Casita very cozy and pleasant in the middle of nature. All very clean and well kept. Good temperature and equipment. We were a bit complicated to get there because the GPS took us on the wrong path but the right path is direct and affordable. We will definitely repeat it.
