We had stayed at Mercy’s place before and this time was just as enjoyable as the prior time. The lodging was immaculate in every way. It was convenient to have an air fryer and a microwave to heat up leftover food. We would not hesitate to come here again.

Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

This was an absolutely perfect place for my son and I to stay for the week. Close enough to the University and downtown that we could do and see everything and anything we wanted, but far enough to be, you know, clean and quiet. My son and I don't mind close-quarters and the garden gave us a peaceful place to read and finish my coffee. Tucker is a wonderful host and I thank her for sharing her beautiful part of Berkeley with us (sorry if I talked your ear off about every block on Telegraph). My son and I definitely had the experience we needed, and that home was at the center of it.

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! This was a really great place to stay. It looked like the photos, it was clean, private and kid friendly. Beth was responsive and ready with helpful recommendations. Would definitely recommend for anyone with children.

This was our second stay at Susan’s place in Berkeley. It’s a super convenient and comfortable landing spot when we visit the area for family events. The neighborhood is very pleasant, great for walking, as well as close to many of the places we visit when we’re in town. A market, restaurants, drug store, gas station, and other shops are within walking distance. The unit itself is cozy, with tasteful, fun decor. The bed is very comfortable, and Susan supplies excellent coffee and a container of half and half in the fridge. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. She also has plenty of hooks and racks for hanging towels (not all hosts do!) and a full-length mirror behind the door in the bedroom (another rarity). She seems to have thought of everything, including great reading material if you forgot a book. It remains our go-to for Berkeley stays!

Friendly, peaceful place to stay. I will be back.

We had an excellent time at Megan’s place. The location was perfect for a wedding in San Rafael. The place was a perfect size - we couldn’t have had a better time!

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We loved staying at Laura’s place! It was very cute and cozy - the perfect space for the two of us. She supplied all the essentials and more. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, especially when lit up at night. The home was located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Rebecca has to be the the most adaptable host I've ever stayed with. I totally messed up my reservation and contacted her. Almost immediately she responded and straightened it out for me. Her little apartment is a great place to stay in Benicia. I had my dog, Toby, with me and he had a great fenced in area to explore. The apartment is quiet and in a great location just a very walkable mile from the main, picturesque, area of town. I'd highly recommend her place and would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Place was as described, beautiful apartment with a beautiful patio with great view. Very peaceful surroundings. Great host that makes you feel at home. Found my spot to stay next time I’m in town. Highly recommended .. 5 stars all the way

Great stay for 8 days at this little garden retreat. Angel was a great on site host and accommodated any of my asks very quickly. The studio was perfect for me as a solo traveler and the gardens were a lovely respite to all the hubbub of my week in the bay. Loved chatting with the chickens in the morning and even got a couple eggs. Perfect for a laid back traveler who wants a little oasis close to Bart. Will definitely stay again and telling all my friends about it! Thank you!

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Carlos is a super friendly host and introduced me to the room himself despite it being kinda late. This place is cozy, spacious and is equipped everything you might need, . I would say it look even better than in the photos and it's a pity I only stayed here for two nights. If you have a car the location wouldn't be a problem.

Mary's place was lovely. The space was warm, uncluttered, very efficient and it had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had all we needed to cook several dinners, but there was always Chez Panisse a nice walk away. The neighborhood was wonderful. Full of flowers, trees, quiet. The perfect break from NYC that we needed. I would definitely return on a future visit.

Wow. Linda's place is in a perfect location, with an amazing backyard and house. It truly feels like a home, immaculate and beautiful, with artwork and all the thoughtful touches you could think of. They were very gracious about a scheduled stay and adjusting the timing a bit when an event on my end switched times. Will definitely be back!
