Very good experience. Santiago was a attentive host and always willing to help. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean and comfortable, and the building was also kept spotless. In addition, it has very good activities and common spaces that add a lot to the stay. Everything worked out well for the time I was. I recommend it.

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

We were very satisfied, the apartment is much more spacious and comfortable than what is seen in photos, the building is very quiet and the area too, it is in a convenient location near everything, we also had a flexible check in and out. The only suggestions would be a plug to use the bathtub and a shower screen because the shower usually splashes out. We recommend it and would definitely return!

The stay was great!!! We received the apartment just as seen in the photos. It's very comfortable. It is spotless!!! It has all the accessories and elements that are needed. The view is spectacular both in front of the sea and for both sides. The host immediately responded to our request. We will be back!!!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

Very good place to stay, very comfortable, super functional, spacious, well located. Super comfortable beds, AA, all spacious environments, good water pressure for the shower. Spotless! Gloria is always ready, nice for inquiries! I would definitely go back!

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.

Spectacular house, ideal for resting. Paola and Jorge are amazing and take care that you have the best of stays. The location? Ideal ! 40mts from the beach, near José Ignacio, Manantiales and La Barra. There is supermarket and service station nearby. Highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Martín's house at Solanas Complex. It is very comfortable and perfectly cared for. We'd love to come back!

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Quiet, cozy place. Beautiful! It's certainly a place we plan to come back to. The condominium, although super quiet and reserved, is close to the best restaurants, and also not far from downtown Punta Del Este. We love it. We recommend the home for family and friends trips, including with children. It was wonderful!

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.
