Great place to stay if your heading to South Lake Tahoe. Just minutes from downtown but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of Tahoe. We are already look for dates to return in the winter.

This is our second time staying at Anne’s condo. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family of 6. Anne is always super responsive if we have questions or issues. Love this place!

Great location and super comfortable condo, it’s got great amenities and you can walk to the beach and Heavenly Village. It’s obvious Travis & Janelle take a lot of pride in their place and keeping guests comfortable. We’d definitely book again next time we’re in Tahoe!

Loved this place in the meadows at Kirkwood! Right next to a shuttle stop and easy walk to chairs 5/6. Slept family of four comfortably! Would stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable accommodation. Ali was helpful when describing what amenities were in the area and what we would need to bring (lots of groceries for cooking). The space is well appointed and served our needs well. Dishwasher works well and the kitchen is small, but modern and well laid out. Nice to have ski storage in the hall just outside the door. One queen (I think) bed in the main room and two separate single beds in the bedroom. Provided parking pass for a single vehicle in a designated space. Can't beat the location for walking to the lifts across the street. We never moved our car the entire stay. (Bring quarters if you plan to do laundry, the resort is cashless, so there's nowhere to get change)

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so clean and plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty to cook full meals

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in South Lake Tahoe! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host really went above and beyond with the amenities,there were beach essentials like a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and even a beach bag, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. My two boys absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more special. It’s a perfect family-friendly spot, and we all felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed what this condo had to offer to us. It was cozy, convenient, had all of the necessities that we needed for our trip. Nic and Maggie were very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place in S. Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and spacious. The location made it very convenient to get into The Village or off the beaten path. Justin was communicative, welcoming, and helpful.

The house was very nice inside. I really like the fact that everything was very well organized. I also liked all the natural light we got in the house as well. Everyone enjoyed the home and it was also close to all the shops and restaurants it was about a 10 min drive. Definitely would recommend.

It was like staying at a high end hotel, had everything we needed then some, right down to his and her robes and treats. Tiffany is wonderful, she made us feel so welcome and was very attentive. Beautiful elevated condo looking through surrounding pine trees, to Carson Valley below. Very comfortable attractive stay. Highly recommend!!

Great location well appointed space. Amazing sunrises from the windows facing east.

Beautiful location up on the summit. The apartment was well presented, well equipped kitchen and living spaces. 2 rooms with a roomy master. The second ok but a bit cramped and the bed accessible only from one side. Fine but challenging for anyone elderly or with mobility issues. The view is amazing across the lake and plenty of walking or biking areas up into the mountain.

We had a great experience. There was one minor issue that was resolved quickly and the communication was excellent. We would certainly stay here again!

Cannot beat the location! Place is very clean and comfortable! Beds were great and so were the showers. They stock the apartment with plenty of paper towel, towels, toilet paper, soap which is very nice! Note there are 4 flights of stairs which isn’t bad throughout the stay just keep in mind when unloading and loading your car. Hosts were really responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. Would recommend and stay there again!

It was lovely, they let us check in about an hour early, an check out an hour later than the regular time. Much appreciated.

Condo was beautiful. Maybe 15 mins from the Lake Tahoe shopping center. Stairs up were a lot (57 steps. We counted lol) but was definitely worth it. Walked around beautiful mountain scenery. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stacked with necessities. Lots of baby proof cabinets and doors. Had lots of extra blankets and pillows. A heater if needed but we didn’t need to use it. The wall heater worked great. We had a hard time putting the big fan on but hostess messaged us back within a minute to let us know where the remote was for it. Rooms were on the small side, loft was big, when we weren’t exploring the town, we spent most of our time in the living room playing games and watching tv. It was a much needed get away from the city for us. Would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk to great restaurants, the Heavenly Gondola, and beach access. The place was super clean, secure, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

The stay was excellent, very well located, beautiful place, with jacuzzi and many amenities, there were 6 of us living there and the truth is that we were all delighted with the stay, especially the beautiful sofa where we all fell asleep at some point, Sumeet was an incredible host, she always answered within 5 minutes and always had a solution for everything, in fact she even offered us something to help us with, everything was really beautiful. The only thing I would have liked would be to have a lab and a table where the 6 of us could fit. The rest, the rest very comfortable
