Beachfront holiday rental in El Dorado County

Awesome little cabins on the river. Great fishing in the morning with a perfect spot on the bear river. Cabins were perfectly clean and the beds are super comfortable. Grill worked well and they supplied pots and pans. You definitely do need a 4x4/AWD to get down next to the cabins. RAV4 with AWD made it up and down fine. Awesome affordable getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

This location is one of my favorites in the world. The comfortable room and pond are both peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing. The pond is clean and full of healthy fish. The birds, cats, and Leeloo (the loving dog) are all a pleasure to be around, but Rena really is the best. She is more-than-accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. I always look forward to paying the pond house a visit, and it’s yet another excuse to shake the rust off the fishing rods. As always, I’ll be back soon. Thanks again, Rena.

This was a very comfortable stay and so peaceful!

We chose this as a weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. If you enjoy privacy and your own private river oasis, you will absolutely love this site. The river was clean, warm and full of fish. Pet friendly. The tent was not what I expected but because it was only 2 of us and our 3 dogs, there were plenty room. There is a propane grill (with provided gas) and plenty of seating throughout. The host even has 4 kayaks available for use. The host met us at the site and was extremely friendly and welcoming. My only "complaint" would be how scary it was when leaving the site if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. This is highly recommended (as posted) if you plan to drive down to the site, but the host does have parking for cars that are not. Just be prepared to walk (not long). It does have 2 port-a-potties with quality toilet paper. Some tips of you choose to stay: bring your own water (no fresh water) and a canopy. Overall, the stay was a great escape from city life. Highly recommended.

Excellent cabin in the woods. A lot the appliances like the stove and dishwasher were outdated but usable.

This was a wonderful location. Condo has great access to the lake and beautiful views.

Very cozy place to stay. Fireplace is a plus on the cold weather. The hotel is peaceful and the pier is a great place to see the sunset. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. The room is super clean, linens are good quality and it has a full kitchen. Mark left everything explained before the check in. Would definitely recommend!

Great last minute booking to get out of the heat. 1 minute walk to the private beach, 2 pools to use, great space inside with a pull out sleeper couch if needed. Highly recommend and will be back again. We live in El Dorado County so stay in SLT often and this is one we will put at the top of the list with the beach access and amenities

We absolutely loved staying in this cozy Air BnB during our stay in Tahoe. The pricing was really affordable compared to surrounding hotels, and being walking distance from the lake and nearby stores/restaurants. The room was spacious and we felt at home, including being able to save on meals and cooking in the kitchenette. The kitchen came with basic cooking supplies and made cooking so much easier. The bed was huge and comfortable so we were able to sleep well after long days at the lake. Our host Ericka checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay and we look forward to renting again on our next trip!

The location worked so well for us and if you plan on doing things in the South Lake Tahoe area it will work for you too. It checked the boxes we needed as we were in town only for a short time.

The owner proactively communicates and is very friendly! The place seriously sleeps 4 adults, as there is a futon and convertible 8 foot couch in the living room! Lakefront Village is an amazing location! Will look to return to this unit and recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Had a great stay at Cynthia’s place! The room was cozy to stay in and it was very close to the lake. Hope to come back again! The hot tubs and fire pits were great too!

The perfect place to stay if what you’re looking for is to relax at the lake, do a little shopping and eat/drink whatever you want. The room was perfect and within walking distance to the lake and Heavenly, (where all the shops are at). Which was convenient because of all the road work and trying to find a place to park. I would stay at this resort/hotel over and over again! The only thing that was upsetting was that there was coffee left but no coffee filters, however Chevron was right next door. This place wasn’t your typical “resort” but the perfect place because of the private beach and location. I went on a weekday and it wasn’t that busy and was also 82 degrees (hot for Tahoe). I wish I would of stayed more than one night. The casinos are not that far either. If you are a person who struggles walking more than 5 minutes there are those electric scooters available on almost every corner. I loved this place and plan on visiting again soon!

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

This is a fantastic house. The location is perfect to be in a calm environment but close to everything that Tahoe has to offer. The house was super clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The floor plan is open and there is plenty of room for everyone. We were with our 3 kids and had a great time. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. I also had to work one day and the wifi was very reliable. We highly recommend it. Michelle was very responsive, and made the process very easy.

Michele was very flexible with check in in upon arrival , she was always responsive very quick whenever I had a question. The home was even more beautiful in person. House was very spotless and clean and everything that we needed was just there. Overall I would rent this home again in the future. Thank you Michelle!

We had an amazing trip here, truly one of the most relaxing vacations I've had! The access to the private beach was ideal, we brought paddle boards and it was so easy to bring them down each morning. The kitchen is well equipped and we were easily able to cook all our meals. The living room and balcony are great for hanging out. Brandon and Ally were so kind and responsive and helped us out so much with parking. The HOA does only allow one parking space, and we had two cars, but the off-site parking that Brandon and Ally offered a little more than a mile away was helpful and much appreciated!

Our stay was great it was peaceful, the room was spacious it was stuffy inside but once you open the sliding doors it was great..unfortunately the jacuzzi ass under construction as most of the outside area was under construction
