Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the house. Access by an independent external staircase. Bedroom + Living room + Kitchenette + Bar + Private bathroom (shower) + Balcony + Roof Top access Paid or unpaid sexual relations with young Cuban or Cuban people are strictly prohibited in Villa Samantha. Guests are prohibited in the house both during the day and night. The house is for AirBnB tenants only. Exceptional view and access to the nearby sea (30 meters).
