El inmueble se encuentra en el puerto pesquero de Santa Lucía. A pocos metros del mismo hay supermercado, panadería, carnicería, estanco, prensa, así como diversos bares y restaurantes. Se puede llegar al casco histórico de la ciudad recorriendo el Paseo Marítimo, en 10-15 minutos. La playa de Cala Cortina se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche, aunque también se puede acceder a ella a través de un paseo construido recientemente, que bordea el puerto de la ciudad.

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We booked this accomodation because we needed a large secured place to park our rental van with our belongings as we we were moving. I also wanted a secure yard for my dog. I wasn't expecting much, but we loved Ana's place. The plot is huge. Completely secure. And the cabin is very new and spotlessly clean. We loved it. It's private, so it's a nice place to chill out, yet you are close to supermarkets and things to do. You do need to drive a very short distance up a gravel road. But it's less than 100meters. We were there on a Saturday night and you could hear a local bar playing music, which was really nice. Pet friendly rating: 10/10 The plot is huge. There is also an additional large dog pen included that is secured also if you need to leave your dog. There is also a small doggy pool for them to cool off. There are other dogs in the properties that run parallel, but they can't get to each other. It was nice to let my dog roam freely and not worry she could escape. Very dog friend

Hemos pasado una semana genial en esta casa rural. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y el entorno es precioso, perfecto para desconectar. Nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, Víctor, el anfitrión, es muy majo y siempre estuvo atento por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

I had a fantastic stay at Richard's property! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and linen. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful village. Richard was an excellent host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. One highlight was the beautiful swimming pool and garden area where I enjoyed most of the time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I will definitely book again when I'm back to Spain!

Una casa increíble, moderna pero con personalidad, enclavada en un lugar muy especial. Vale la pena sin duda. Además la piscina climatizada es todo un lujo. La zona no la conocíamos y nos encantó, especialmente las playas más cercanas a la casa. Muy recomendable.
