During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. Distributed over two floors, it has a large living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms with two single beds each. Outside, there is a private pool, two barbecues (one charcoal, and one gas and volcanic stone), a picnic area, and fruit trees.
