We loved it! The place has an incredible view. Everything is very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped and also has a coffee maker 😊 The location is perfect, as it is easy to get to and you find many things nearby, including a store one or two minutes away on foot. Very safe if you have a car. 100% recommended

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

My family and I had a great stay. Very well kept apartment and property. Peaceful and family friendly. We loved the convenient space distribution and decor. Everything in the unit is clean, quality and as good as new, from the shower head to the cutlery and appliances. Our host Julio was friendly, proactive and responded to contact within minutes. Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Excellent place for large families, the complex is super quiet and the beach the anchor is very quiet and practically private. The house is complete and super spacious, definitely my family and I will be back.

Frederique's place was perfect: casita in the back of her beautiful home and garden, around the corner from “La Playita” (white sand, little sargassum and pay stalls) and 12 min from downtown. Full kitchen (with some complimentary things to cook), multi-speed ceiling fan, meshes, mosquito net and incense repellents that kept us insect-free. Abundant breakfast with fruit, baguette, things for bread and tea (we were even able to take what we had left!). Frederique contacted us with her tour agency friend to organize our excursion to Los Haitises and Cayo Levantado (with the binoculars of Frederique included) and also introduced us to Caquito(excellent person), who took us by motorcycle to Playa Rincón and picked us up when going to and from Samaná. Frederique has five adorable and playful dogs that accompanied us everywhere We will always be grateful for Frederique's kindness, warmth and hospitality, we take you in our ❤️

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the land. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

We loved our stay in Las Terrenas so much that we were sad we booked only one night! The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and modern! we enjoyed the swimming pool outside and privacy of the place. We had a movie night since there is a huge sofa and TV in living room. There is a little bit of walk to the center, but still we enjoyed it so much!

It is a place that is worth its price and location, it has a view without waste to the lookout key and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

We had a great stay at Christian's place! There's a pool right behind the apartment, with a shallower area for kids. The beach club/restaurant with another pool is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the beach. We never had trouble finding a beach chair available. Overall, a good location and apartment for families.
