The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, ideal for couples and families, a large kitchen-dining room, living room, a bathroom and a game room. At the entrance there is a terrace ideal for relaxing and resting. It's furnished and equipped to feel at home. Located in a very quiet residential complex in Tordera (Barcelona).

LA GUÀRDIA is a 70-hectare agricultural and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. A time for disconnection, where everything is designed to have a certain idea of an ideal vacation: enjoy a space surrounded by fields, oak forests and dirt roads for walking. Watch the flock of sheep grazing or prepare a good dinner on the barbecue under the starry sky.

Easy access to the coast, Girona or Barcelona but waking you up to the sound of the birds. We will welcome you at our hazelnut estate, with fresh eggs and organic orchard products. We live in the property but you will have your totally independent space. Free access to community pool.

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
