Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or extra bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
