This is the second time I have booked this apartment, and I am still just as satisfied! The place is clean, comfortable and perfectly as described. The host is very responsive and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it, and I will not hesitate to come back a third time!

Good stay! It's 1:1 with the photos, everything was on point. Host very generously provides extra basic supplies and services that go above and beyond. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours and times, it is very chill. It is not hectic like in Tunis proper. Location gives you no shortage of food and grocery options within a 3 to 12 minute walk. The apartment is very suitable and comfortable for a long stay. The bed was good. The kitchen had everything. Having a wash machine and clothesline to hang was perfect. I attended online classes everyday for weeks. The internet is extremely stable but with a low upstream. You can always hear & see perfectly, but your outgoing video will pause to the other party a few seconds here and there. The bathroom fan is close to the volume level of a jackhammer. This is the only thing I'd change.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

A good stay and a great host. The house was clean, well placed with a parking lot and a security camera/person in charge. Mr Lamine tried to help as much as he could. I recommend.

Had a great time! A huge thank you to my host and his daughter for their really warm welcome. They were adorable from start to finish, always smiling, available and responsive to the slightest message. We immediately feel comfortable at home. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly: clean, well-equipped, quiet and very pleasant to live in. Everything came together for a serene and comfortable time. Thanks again for everything, it was a real pleasure. I'll keep the address for next time!

Accomadation matches the pictures, spacious apartment. Lovely bakery, coffee shop and supermarket all within 5mins walk👌 Easy access via inDrive taxi (downloadsble app) to beach 14mins Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa beach. Samar was wonderful, very friendly and kind😊😊🙏 I felt so at home in the apartment. communication was very prompt. I highly recommend and I am definitely returning inchallah back to this apartment. Very happy indeed with my stay there I was there for 1 week👌

Our stay in Tunis was great! Mohamed was really very attentive, always good advice, he was there to answer the least of our questions and that very quickly and was able to reassure us when we were afraid of not finding a taxi to the airport because we were leaving very late at night Location is great! Next to the Tunis marine train station to go to sidi bou Said, la marsa and Carthage, 20mn walk from the medina, and a restaurant 15mn by foot very good and affordable: restaurant com_art We will come back for sure The place is pretty well secured, there are two doors with multiple locks We had all the supplies we needed I recommend it without a second thought! Very nice stay in this little haven of peace in Marsa. Very nice host and easily reachable on Airbnb or WhatsApp. The Airbnb was well decorated, airy, very nice location, nice pool and very nice exterior. The only downside is that you have to use taxis to get around, but that's not a problem, taxis are very affordable in Tunisia via Indrive. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is clean. I recommend it 100%

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The accommodation was just like in the pictures – very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Khansa was very friendly, helpful and always available. The check-in was very quick and easy. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! 😊

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

I spent a month and a half at this place with my husband and our son, and it went very well. The place is clean, bright and located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The house, all white, is nicely furnished with two beautiful bedrooms with soft and soothing colors. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need to live comfortably with the family. A big thank you to Mr. Nourddine for his warm welcome, availability and all his little touches during our stay. We felt right at home. I highly recommend it!

If I go to the same place again, I would definitely prefer it.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

The host Seif is super friendly and proactive and gave us many advices. The apartment is cozy, super clean and has everything you need. There is a nice roof top terrace to chill and relax. Neighbours are nice and quiet. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
