Très beau séjour, tout s'est bien passé le top du top. je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Le prix est vraiment abordable. À Proximité de toutes commodités, magasin Aziza, des snacks des restaurants des cafés tout est parfait. Merciiiiiiii Infiniment à Haythem pour sa Gentillesse. À très bientôt. Nous reviendrons avec Grand plaisiiiiiiirrrrr.

Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

Très beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix à Marsa. Très gentille hôte et facilement joignable sur Airbnb ou Whatsap. Le Airbnb était bien décoré, aéré, très bel emplacement, jolie piscine et très joli extérieur. Seul bémol est qu’il faut utiliser les taxis pour se promener mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis sont très abordables en Tunisie via Indrive. Les lits sont très confortables et l’appartement est propre. Je recommande à 100%

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful — every detail was carefully considered to make the stay comfortable and special. The space itself was even better than the photos, which is rare! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed and more. From the cozy touches to the high-quality amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I genuinely felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough — if it’s available, don’t think twice. I’ll definitely be returning!

it was alomst perfect couldn't complain it. It is located urban areas close to the airport , many restaurants and banks. I highly recommend this studio.

très bon séjour chez Touraya et son mari qui sont très gentils et très accueillant ! l'appartement est vaste et bien équipé la piscine et superbe, il est possible de garer une voiture dans la propriété ce qui est sécurisant, rez de jardin plus frais quand il fait chaud

I felt right at home in Nidhal’s apartment. I stayed for over a month and it was a hard place to leave. It was spacious and had a beautiful view, and all of the things you need for a long term stay in Tunisia. Location is private but surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

Der Aufenthalt bei Hela war großartig. Sie ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die mich herzlich empfangen und wie zu Hause fühlen ließ. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in perfektem Zustand. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Hela nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

اقامة رائعه .. كل شيء مرتب منذ بداية الحجز في هذا المنزل وقيام الاستاذ مهدي بالتواصل معي مباشرة الشقه انيقه للغاية والاستاذ مهدي ودود وسريع الاستجابه كل شيء مرتب ونظيف بدايه من صالة كبيره واسعه واطلالتها البانوراميه. مع توفر شاشه عملاقة وانترنت غرف نوم كبيرة ونظيفه مجهزة ومفروشه مع توفر الاغطية. مطبخ انيق مجهز بكل الادوات والمكائن الالكترونية اللازمه 3 حمامات نظيفه ومريحه . بالاضافه الى نظام التبريد والتدفئة الحديث والمتطور والمشابه للفنادق المنطقه جميله يتوفر يها السوبر ماركت والمطاعم و مغسلة الملابس والمقاهي والمخابز كل شيء مميز ... اوصي به دائما وسيكون هو الاختيار الافضل لي

Logement propre, mignon et qui sent bon, en plus d’être bien situé. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est un avantage lorsqu’on se pose sur le balcon. Mohamed est très gentil. Il est serviable et très réactif à la moindre demande. A recommander +++

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Location is safe plenty of parking in front of building , A private parking in underground garage Many restaurants within 2 minutes drive The apartment is great for a couple. With a child The airport is about 15-20 minutes drive It’s a great location for someone visiting the city or on a business trip Will definitely visit again

Super sympa zyed, hôte amical et réactif . Le logement est au top, résidence calme et paisible. Pas mal de resto et de glaciers autour . Superbe endroit. Je vous le recommande à 1000%. À 2 personnes on est à moins de 50€ la nuit , donc moins de 25€ par personne. Deux grandes chambres avec deux grands lits doubles . À la prochaine l ami .

C’est déjà la troisième fois que je séjourne ici, et chaque fois, je me sens accueillie avec autant de chaleur. Le logement est toujours aussi impeccable, confortable, et l’on s’y sent comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Seiffedine et à ses parents pour leur bienveillance et leur disponibilité. À très bientôt, sans doute pour une quatrième fois !
