Holiday rentals with a patio in El Paraíso

Per was a super friendly host that we could tell that he cares a lot for his units. The apartment was really cozy and very clean, the garden with the pool was such a great bonus to the place. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book it again on our next trip to Marbella.

We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and it was perfect! The villa was immaculate and exactly as described - couldn’t have been any better! It is only a 10 minute uber from Puerto Banus so is in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend Sebastian and his villa enough 😊

A cozy, clean, tidy apartment offering two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, with all the amenities in a quiet and secure residence with several swimming pools. Your vehicle can be parked inside a few meters from the apartment located on the garden level with two terraces. We were a few meters from the Nao Pool establishment and hundreds of meters from Breathe, Oak and La Sala. Not far away you also have a convenience store where you can find everything you need. The marina is about a 15-minute walk away. We had a wonderful 4 days, it was a real change of scenery. Marco, our host, was caring and proactive. He always responded to our requests. During a future stay, whether with family or friends, we will return with great pleasure and without hesitation.

We felt comfortable and Rafael was a great host who responded quickly reliably and kindly. Very quiet location and predominantly a very quiet tastefully furnished apartment. The glazed terrace as a conservatory is special. See you next time. 👌👌👌

We (family with young kids) really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as advertised: great, clean and well furnished, with a nice and spacious terrace with sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet, with a few restaurants within 10-15min walking distance. Asma is very clear and swift in his communication and very helpful.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. Wow - we loved this place!!! It’s a perfect floor plan and the outdoor living was wonderful. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor patio could not have been better. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa! The accommodation is modern, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property—The villa was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, where we could enjoy meals or just relax on the couches overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean. It was the ideal spot to unwind. One unexpected benefit was the local manager, Lisa—she was incredibly helpful and super responsive, which made everything from check-in to local recommendations effortless. Also worth noting: the on-site pool grill was a pleasant surprise—good food, and having it so close to the villa was a big convenience. Thank you to Anne Lise for helping us make our trip such a memorable one! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend if you are going to Marbella.

From the first moment Maribel was attentive to our arrival, we came for a family trip and the apartment is very comfortable, it does not lack anything and the best thing is the location 3 minutes walk from the beach 100% recommended

Place was perfect, the most important thing for us was heated pool.

Beautiful apartment in the hillside! The pictures does not do the view justice. Incredible view over the city and plenty of outside space to enjoy it. A really quiet place to relax, only a short drive from the main city. Facilities were nice and well equipped. This apartment has everything for your stay, long or short. Beautifully furnished and clean apartment. I really liked the folder with all the information needed for our stay, as well as a guide to the places around town. I would 100% stay here again. Special thanks to our host who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. He even stocked the fridge with some refreshments for us.

Very few airbnbs that we’ve stayed in are as clean and well considered as David’s apartment. He’s a great host, super responsive and gave us loads of recommendations. It’s really nicely furnished, has an amazing sun terrace and it’s pretty peaceful. You can walk to some bars and restaurants and even the beach if you’re feeling energetic. We had a buggy, and the stairs were tricky each time but we expected that.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

I worked remotely for a month here. It was nice, quiet, and clean. Very close to the beach for long walks in the winter sunshine. It would have been nice if the sun reached the patio in winter, but it's so close to the beach anyway!
