This is a underground basement apartment with kitchenette. Please note: we live upstairs. Basement has good lighting. It does require stairs and does not have handicap access. Play area and small office in apartment. Close to Colorado Springs airport and Fort Carson. Close to all tourist attractions of the Colorado Springs area. Half an acre of land with an outdoor play area. On-site home gym in the barn. Patio with 2-person hot tub, outdoor chairs, fire pit, grill, and smoker. Pool closed

Welcome to our cozy, updated, basement suite. The suite can sleep 4 comfortably with a fold out couch and/or a blow up mattress available for a 5th and 6th guest. The newly remodeled bathroom has a washer and dryer for guest use. The suite is separated from our upstairs home where we live. You will access your private, locked, suite through a shared stairway that we may, on occasion, use to access laundry/utilities. We are centrally located only 10-20 minutes from most major attractions.
