The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming IV is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa for up to 1 person, in addition to storage space. It also has a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries and also a hair dryer. Remember, you'll need a mobile phone with an internet connection to access your listing. Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm.
