It's only 100m from a nice small beach (Port doguer), and closed to restaurants, activities We provide a large information as far as activities, walks, restaurants and bars are concerned.

CRU17020000606163 When a house has history, it has a soul. The story begins when my great-grandfather acquired this house that had belonged to the abbey of St Pere de Rodes to spend the summers. Then it was where my grandparents lived and my father grew up and where I spent the best moments of my childhood. Now we have also put our soul into renovating this accommodation with all the affection of the memories lived here so that our guests are as happy as we have been.

House near the beach and promenade

House with 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Very central, three minutes away from the large beach of the village . With all services nearby: supermarket, clinic, main promenade, Friday market, restaurants... In summer, from July 1st to August 30th, it is rented from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum of one week. Departure day will have to pay in cash the tourist rate for those over 17 years of age. Flexible check-in/check-out times if possible.

Very cozy and practical house.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and convenient. You will find very quiet. It is a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. There is no Wi-Fi.

Beautiful Mediterranean house with lots of charm and stunning views of the entire Bay of Roses. Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to telecommute. Sleeps 6 but ideal for 4, two rooms are loft type. Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.

The Lodge is uniquely located, within walking distance of downtown Collioure and its beaches. The Lodge has a terrace, a private infinity pool and a garden, offering an ideal setting to relax in complete privacy.
