Upon entering, you will find the office area on one side, which serves as the kitchen, and the bathroom on the other side. Moving forward, we come to the sleeping area, with a double bed with a storage bed and a dressing area at the foot of the bed. You can isolate this sleeping area from the rest of the rooms at any time with the two sliding walls that will close off the space to maximize your rest. A little further on, we come to the rest/work area, which is connected to the terrace and has a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall window. The window has both curtains to maintain privacy and blackout blinds to block out light and create nighttime. Before going outside, you'll find a desk over 2 meters long and a sofa with a chaise longue that will draw you in. Once on the terrace, the table with two chairs will become your favorite spot for breakfast or dinner with the city lights in the background. This apartment has everything you need to stay for a few days or several months: - bed linens - towels - plug-in glass-ceramic stove, so you can store it when not in use and save space. - pots, pans and kitchen utensils - complete set of dishes - concealed range hood - air fryer - microwave - Nespresso coffee machine (capsules included) - toaster - oil, salt and pepper - washing machines and dryers (shared) The service costs €2 per wash and €3 per dry. For stays longer than 15 days, water and electricity would be charged as an “additional service.” At the end of each stay, once the consumption has been verified, the corresponding amount will be paid through Airbnb.
