Cottage holiday rentals in El Rocío

Life goals right here! This place was peaceful and beautiful, we never wanted to leave. The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and friendly. Complete paradise!

Sabine and Juan are the perfect hosts; friendly, responsive, and personal. Their place is a hidden gem with unobstructed views of the nearby town and beautiful surrounding landscape. The large pool and family-friendly facilities ensures everyone’s entertained during their stay. I can’t recommend this place enough

Marcos welcomed us great, explained and showed us around the house, and offered for any questions/needs that came up. The house is great to take advantage of a few days with friends, both in the summer (with the pool and barbecue with lots of shade), and in winter (living room with fireplace and porch in the sun). And the beautiful environment, right next to the Huéznar and with the center of the village with everything you need a stroll or 5 min drive. We'll be back for sure.

The stay at Maribel's house was great. Although she also stays on the same plot, we had a lot of privacy. Upon our arrival, we believe it was his granddaughter who brought us several pieces of freshly made and delicious cake. Everything was very tidy and clean. Maybe one thing that I would change would be the pillows of the double bed because they are too low and the shower head in the bathroom since it must be broken by the lime in the water and the jets come out too strong and sting the skin. Apart from that, everything else was very pleasant, the house was cool, with air conditioning, the pool was always very clean and the lawn, plants and trees were very well cared for. In general, we would repeat without hesitation.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Casas de Almajar in July of 2024. My 7yo daughter and I were there along with friends, for a total of two adults and 2-3 kids at any given moment, ages 6-10. This accommodation was perfect for us. The house was cozy and stayed relatively cool during the very hot daytime hours (plus there was an A/C unit we could use when needed). We prepared most of our meals at the house and found that easy to manage with the supplies on hand. The pool was definitely the highlight of the location: it was pristine and extremely pleasant during the hot days. We spent hours there every day. The house is located uphill from most of Prado del Rey so you need to be prepared for some steep, hilly walking when you stay here, but it was only a <5 min walk to the main pedestrian walkway (lined with bars and cafes) or the town square. Juana was very helpful with local information and suggestions, from supermarkets and restaurants to nearby hiking trails. A great place!

An idyllic spot to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy nature!

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin is just as it appears in the photos, everything is as new, the cleanliness of 10 and you can park next to the cabañita. As for the hosts, although we did not have the opportunity to meet Alfonso...the communication with him was perfect. To which we had the pleasure of meeting was her sister Lucia, a lovely person, kind, very helpful and hospitable. Without a doubt, if one day we return to the Puerto de Santa María we would stay here again. Thank you for everything Lucia, Alfonso we felt very comfortable :)

What a special place this is! Our group of 9 (2 families, with three teenagers and two younger kids) were comfortable and well cared for. The setting is serene and everyone enjoyed the pool and the scent of orange blossoms for our 4-night stay. Convenient to Carmona and Seville and some smaller villages. Nati and her family made us feel at home. We will be back for certain.

Totally recommended, thanks to Ángel and Gracia, we were able to spend an unforgettable weekend. Thank you very much for everything . We hope to repeat, because both the treatment received, and the comfort of the house with its views, was wonderful. THANK YOU!!!

We've been a weekend and it was great. The house is as shown, with many very clean details and super spacious. the host is always available and very nice. The truth both to the house and to Juan I give a ten. Before arrival he was in charge of telling me the exact location, supermarkets, places to eat, health center and hospital... to really appreciate how clean everything was and the large outdoor space although we were able to enjoy little of it because it rained. Millions of thanks for everything has been a pleasure.

We had a great vacation in Villa Alegria. The weather is going along a lot and we enjoyed the wonderful garden with pool that we had. His father, Luis,looked out for us the entire stay, just in case we need anything. We had a super close shopping center, along with pharmacy, gas station in case we needed something, and but restaurants nearby. 100% recommended... we if we can, we will repeat.

Elena's house is spectacular, it is in a very quiet area outside the town. The house is very tastefully designed. We'll definitely be back...

My girlfriend and I spent 14 days with Natalie and Oliver and enjoyed every single one. Unfortunately, our arrival was much later than planned and yet we were warmly welcomed shortly before midnight and briefly familiarized with the accommodation. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We liked spending the evenings on the terrace and enjoying the tranquility by candlelight. The private pool is particularly noteworthy. Super well maintained and with a fantastic view of the surrounding nature and the riding arenas, which was often very exciting to watch from the edge of the pool. My girlfriend even had the opportunity to spontaneously take a Western riding lesson with Oliver and was allowed to participate in a long ride. Oliver is just as warm and loving as Natalie. Both valued our privacy at all times and were still always there for us. Thank you both very much for the wonderful time!

We spent a few wonderful days as a family!! Beautiful environment and the best thing about the house is to enjoy the pool!!!

We stayed here for 1 week and had an amazing time. The villa was spotless and comfortable, exactly as pictured. There is excellent air con in the kitchen and living room and it’s possible to make the bedrooms nice and cool by leaving the doors open. The private outdoor area provides endless entertainment and feels quiet and peaceful. Everything is provided that you may need during your stay, including pool towels. There is a large supermarket (CashFresh) a 5 minute walk away, with everything we needed during our stay. We relied on Uber to get in and out of Seville, and this was always easy costing around €23 each way. We were well looked after by Fernando and his Mother, who were happy to help with anything we needed, at short notice. They were both lovely. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, private Villa near Seville. We hope to return one day.
