We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

The house is in a quiet and isolated area where you can enjoy its location thanks to being in the middle of nature accompanied by the stream. This newly renovated penthouse with elevator is located in the center of Salamanca, a five-minute walk to the main square and twenty minutes to the train station. The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
