Price To Value Ratio Of Apartment = Excellent. Best: - Quiet area - Easy access: grocery & fish stand - Good Communication Not Ideal: - Shower is not great. --- No water pressure. Takes a while for water to warm up and than goes from cold to very hot to warm to cold all in a few minutes... making showers a bit of a patience game followed by a strike mission. - Blender is bad --- It does not blend as much as it plays hocket with items in blender while making a lot of noise. - AC remote shuts off all the time making setting and modifying a bit tricky (Tried replacing batteries to no avail) - Chairs and furniture are very uncomfortable (Note: I gave 5 star and think value was great, however, these are a few notes for those considering depending on what you are looking for during your stay) Overall: I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay on the cheaper end of the price range. Price To Value Ratio is good for what you pay.

The characteristics of the place are exactly as advertised. There are quite a few shops nearby and this is centrally located to move. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking for a reasonable priced, quaint little place to immerse yourself in the Mexican culture, busing, little restaurants everywhere, great clean and friendly neighborhood with an exceptional host, this is the place for you. I stayed there for 3 months and it was an awesome adventure. I highly recommend Torben’s Airbnb.
