It's a perfect place to go in big groups. It has all the comforts and Yorka is very attentive with everything. The condominium where the house is is very safe and quiet, has courts and games for children in addition to access to the beach. Totally recommended.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Excellent place and stay, as described, easily accessible and close to the coastal border, close to downtown and everything is handy. Great communication with the host and the place is very comfortable and nice, I recommend it and I would definitely come back.
