Holiday rentals with beach access in El tezal

We had an amazing stay at Momentum Cabo! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for a week in Cabo. The gym was great—we used it daily—and the security team was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to a stunning (but non-swimmable) beach, with a swimmable option about 12 min drive or 37 minutes walk away. Getting around was easy walking or Uber, and the nearby pharmacy and store were super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca’s place. The Apt. was cozy and clean and has a nice outdoor space. The clubhouse pool and rocky coastline with daily whale and occasional dolphin sightings, however, is what would draw us back. Thank you!

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Excelente departamento para hospedarse, muy cómodo para descansar, para estar en playa médano o para ir a conocer lugares al rededor de Cabo San Lucas. No hay ruido cerca, excelente la alberca, la gente del condominio y los anfitriones son muy amables, además tienes estacionamiento todo el tiempo, sin duda regresaremos.

El mejor alojamiento en los cabos, la vista es impresionante, sin duda vale cada dólar. La zona de la alberca prácticamente es para ti solo si no hay algún huésped más. Está cerca de playas muy tranquillas. La mejor opción es moverse en Uber.

me sentí como en casa, muy cerca de las playas y del centro de cabo san Lucas, tenía juegos de mesa, sombrilla y sillas de playa muy útiles, muy bien surtido de todo, muchas platos, vasos, casuelas para preparar alimentos y productos de limpieza, las piscinas muy limpias y bonitas, definitivamente volvería a regresar.

Antonio waa very responsive and everything seemed very clear. It was a wonderful location since everything is at walking distance. The fellow gateman was friendly and there is also a little store inside the condominiums. Overall a great stay. Would book again on my next trip to Los cabos san Lucas. The apartment was very clean. 😄

Melissa’s place looks fabulous! It’s clean, spacious, high end with all the amenities we were looking for including washer and dryer. I love the spacious bathroom , separate shower and jacuzzi! . My family and I enjoyed staying here. This is by far the best AirBnb I ever stayed. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Melissa’s place.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

Booked this last minute and Alex was super helpful same with patty from the start of the booking to the end. Only recommendation would be when booking the 2nd gate in is a little hard to push open or work. Will book again.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

Excelente lugar para reservar, volvería a este lugar sin duda alguna, me encantó la atención que tuvimos por parte del anfitrión, y el lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y relajante. Lo recomiendo 100%.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa, el alojamiento es muy bonito y las albercas hermosas para refrescarse un poco. Todo coincide con las fotos y la descripción del alojamiento, la comunicación con Dominic fue rápida Es un punto céntrico para las comodidades y súper mercados. Sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Amazing place very modern and quiet! Easy access to the beach and super clean and spacious. Will definitely be back here. Host was very responsive and clear. Definitely try this place out. Place is exactly as it shows in pictures!

Stunning condo, exactly as pictured. A short walk to Medano Beach, and only a $4-5 USD Uber ride away from the marina. We arranged for a round trip airport pickup through Hugo with Carlos, which included a grocery store shopping trip! My cousin and I felt super luxurious having two large bedrooms and our own bathrooms to ourselves, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The condo route is SO much better than being at a big resort with a million people and screaming kids! We had the absolute best location of being on the 6th floor, and the jacuzzi was a game changer...we slept SO much better after taking a dip! We could hear the booming clubs until almost 3:00 a.m on some nights (it is spring break)., but I can't imagine how much worse it would be if we were any closer to town. All in all a great host, great location, and great trip! Thanks so much Victoria!

Fui de vacaciones a Los Cabos y me hospedé aquí con Mauricio y Laura y la verdad me encantó todo desde la comunicación hasta el lugar la limpieza y todo , lo recomiendo ampliamente y la verdad volvería a regresar con ellos por seguro, muchas gracias !!por permitirme estar ahí junto con mi familia:) espero verlos pronto !!!

Neil and Andrea were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay is a great one! They were responsive and made sure help you with anything we needed. The condo looked exactly like it was in the pictures- so don't hesitate to book it if its available because the community and amenities you will have access to is top notch! And how about the view from the beautiful patio!

Responsive, great location, beautiful upstairs, AC was so cold, next to a bunch of restaurants. Would be back again if the price remains the same.
