Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ready, we love to share. El Nido is located in town (above Smokey’s). Walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

This beachfront condo offers amazing views from all rooms! 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. 2 large bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. King bed in primary bedroom. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Private stairs to the beach! The complex has a pool, lounging area, bbq area and palapa perfect for happy hour. * This unit is loved and used by 2 owners so limited dates are available. Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Our place is brand new… it’ll feel like home away from home. We are four lots from the Pickleball courts..which is Tres Palapas. We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. We provide… Coffee Soaps and shampoo Snacks Mayo, mustard, and ketchup. All linens And WiFi !!

Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and in the living room common area with a sofa bed for two people. Totally recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special to rest, we do not have a window in the main room, special to rest since the sun and noises do not filter out. A window in the living room and bathroom. Great artificial light If you like to rest in low light this place is for you
