During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. Joaquín is a super host who was always looking out for us, he picked us up, he guided us. He gave us recommendations for eating since we arrived in Carmona on a holiday. The house is beautiful, spacious and tasteful. Carmona is a beautiful place to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

Real 31 Full house with parking

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

The house and outside eating area was amazing and it was great that we all had an en-suite bathroom! Jose and Carmen were so helpful and the paella they cooked for us was delicious! The road down to the house was longer and more off-road then we expected, so a car is needed when staying here. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent huge house in a picturesque town just 20-30 minutes drive from Seville. The house has everything you need, easily fits 8 people. No problems with parking nearby. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes drive away. The owner is very helpful, always in touch and speaks English, which is important in Spain. Sincerely recommended to anyone who wants to explore Seville and its surroundings in comfort and not for all the money in the world.
