This cozy apartment located on the third floor (no elevator) offers comfort and is perfect for resting after a day in Mazatlán. Its best quality is its location in a very quiet area, near the baseball stadium, Nuevo Acuario Mar de Cortés, Parque Central, and the beach. The apartment is very central, the neighborhood is quiet, one of the oldest in the port, you can walk to the beach in five minutes, to traditional restaurants such as Panama and Mariscos el Torito, as well as taquerias and Juan Carrasco market. Recently remodeled, it has air conditioning throughout the apartment, hot water, smart TV and WiFi. The terrace has a very nice garden. You will undoubtedly feel very close to the Mazatleca culture.

La Casa del Capitán is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled. It has six apartments that were named after some of my favorites islands that I have sailed to in Mexico. Isla Roca Partida is a one bedroom studio apartment with one bathroom and No kitchen, but it has many restaurant right down the street. Right outside is a pool, table and barbecue. The best part is it’s just a block from the beach!
