Logement fidèle aux photos avec superbe vue sur la mer, bien situé, équipé, propre et spacieux et qui reste frais l’été grâce aux chambres au Rez de chaussée. Pour les sensibles aux bruits, le logement est un peu proche de la route, mais peu de passage. Communication parfaite et accueil sans faille. Katarina a cherché à être la plus arrangeante possible à tous les instants. Merci beaucoup

The Helectra house is a special experience. Staying in such an interesting Medieval house will never be forgotten. The space is amazing, just like the photos. The house is very comfortable, great beds, high quality linen and towels. The kitchen is ok with equipment. Make sure you bring plenty of water and kitchen staples. Nothing is supplied except salt. We had an incident with the power and it was sorted out very quickly by the hotel, an electrician came. Next morning, there was a bottle of wine on the step! We feel very privileged to have spent time in this house.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Le studio fonctionnel est bien pour 2 personnes. La vue du balcon qui donne sur la mer est magnifique. De nombreux restaurants sont juste en face, seuls quelques uns étaient ouverts à cette saison. Katherina qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et très réactive, de même que Spyros le propriétaire. À recommander sans hésitation !

L'appartamento è veramente grazioso,pulito e sul mare, vanta una bellissima terrazzina dalla vista mozzafiato su Monemvasia!Kostas e sua sorella sono stati estrememamente disponibili e accoglienti, lui ci ha consigliato ottimi posti dove andare a mangiare e bere,locali e poco turistici!Ci saremmo stati volentieri di più!!Consigliatissimo!

La mer est à 200 mètres, la plage est idéale, du sable propre, eau transparente, on a pied longtemps, et en septembre nous sommes souvent seuls. Pour les chiens, la terrasse est grillagée et autour il y a énormément d'espace.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

Ένα όμορφο μέρος, ήσυχο για χαλάρωση. Έχει τρία επίπεδα με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, μικρή αλλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα, ένα μπαλκόνι για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα μετά το μπάνιο. Τρείς μεγάλες πισίνες και αρκετές παραλίες σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών με μισή ώρα απο το κατάλυμα. Επιπλέον, φορτίσαμε και το αυτοκινητάκι μας με τον ιδιοκτήτη να έχει την καλοσύνη να μας αφήσει να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την οικιακή πρίζα στην είσοδο του σπιτιού με δικιά μας μπαλαντέζα.

Nous avons sillonné le sud du Péloponnèse pendant 15 jours, et nos deux nuits à Marathias resteront un magnifique souvenir. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage et la gentillesse d'Anna qui nous à offert des olives et de délicieux gâteaux sont à jamais dans nos cœurs ! L'appartement est comme sur les photo : simple mais confortable pour dormir, très propre et au calme. Le restaurant en bas est très agréable.

Beautiful view of Monemvasia from 4km south along sea

Ήμουν τυχερή που βρήκα αυτό το κατάλυμα. Όταν το κλείσαμε δεν είχα καταλάβει ποσό άμεση πρόσβαση είχε σε μια πεντακάθαρη και οργανωμένη αλλά και άνετη παραλία. Από κάτω έχει all day cafe και πολύ κοντά εστιατόρια κτλ Από τον καναπέ του σπιτιού μας βλέπαμε τα παιδιά που έπαιζαν κάτω στην άμμο/θαλασσα. Το σπίτι πολύ άνετο με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια και 1 wc. Όταν ξανά επισκεφτώ το μέρος σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω αυτό το κατάλυμα.

Ένα σπιτακι πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο με την κυρία Ρεγγίνα πολύ φιλόξενη με νερά και χυμούς στο ψυγειο!! Το σπίτι είναι τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο τις Νέαπολης που με το που βγεις από την πόρτα τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου!!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα🫶🫶Σας ευχαριστούμε παρά πολύ για όλα κυρία Ρεγγίνα❤️🙏

Great location and very friendly host. The accommodation had fantastic views and was very comfortable.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Eirini's place in Elafonisos. The location of the flat is excellent - in the village of Elafonisos but still not noisy or crowded whatsoever. The view on the sunset from the balcony is extraordinary. The flat itself is well equiped with what we needed for the stay. Eirini is great host - friendly, responsive, and she also brought us the homemade cookies! We enjoyed our stay in Elafonisos so much that we would like to stay (much) longer, and that was also thanks to this appartement. Thanks again Eirini!

Ein sehr schönes Haus an einem ganz und gar ruhigen Fleckchen Erde. Wir haben uns sehr ruhig gefühlt und die Ruhe, die nette Nachbarschaft, die Dachterrasse zum Sterneschauen etc. sehr genossen. Port Gerakas ist ein zauberhaftes kleines Dorf, aber auch ziemlich ab vom Schuss. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen.

Situata a 20 passi dal porto, la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La signora Francesca è stata gentile e discreta :) L’isola è un gioiellino!

Mara and her mom were amazing through this trip. Staying outside Monemvasia rather than staying in the old town was amazing. The view from the terrace from this house is amazing! We drove and parked our car right outside the house, and easy to stay at this place. The house is clean, as it is described, and provides both inside and outside space in the penthouse! Hot water and aircon works well! One of our kids slept on the loft while the other slept down. We would go here again if possible.

Best beach house ever on one of my favourite beaches in Greece! The house itself is spacious, clean and the host was super helpful. Will definitely come back here as you can’t beat stepping onto Kati Nisi beach directly from your garden!
