House holiday rentals in Elafonisos

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Perfect place for holidays

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

I was lucky to find this stay. When we booked it I didn't understand how direct access was to a spotless and organized but also comfortable beach. Below it has all day cafes and very close restaurants etc. From the couch of our house we could see the kids playing down in the sand/sea. The house is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 wc. When I visit again I will definitely prefer this place.

We were picked up right at the ferry so we didn't have to look for the place for long. The place makes a very nice impression from the outside, we love a covered terrace. Here, there was not the usual plastic furniture, but a massive table for eating and wooden furniture. We were able to change bedding and towels completely in two weeks. Otherwise, the landlady's father was available as a local point of contact, he lives in the building behind and speaks English. Thanks for the great holiday!

We came as a family to spend the weekend there. We had a lovely time in the area! Beautiful place, beautiful house, very welcoming host! Thank you!

The house is really comfortable and cared for in detail and cleanliness! We were happy to be welcomed by Elena, who showed us everything and gave us advice, as well as letting us find some delights in the house! The rooms are spacious, as are the common spaces. The bathroom is modern, the shower is super! Dining on the porch with the garden in front is really nice. The thing we liked most were the beautiful paintings, by one of the hosts! The village has three taverns within walking distance, a small minimarket but for a more complete shopping experience you have to travel by car. The wonderful beach of Pounta is very close, also reachable by walking, otherwise 5 minutes by car, as well as the embarkation for Elafonisi. Monemvasia is about 30-40 minutes by car. In short, it is the ideal home to spend a truly pleasant vacation in this part of the Peloponnese!

The Angelina space is a cozy 5/10min walking shelter from paradise. It has everything you need. The check in is extremely simple and communication is fast, Angelina is a thoughtful and available host to help with whatever it takes. The house is not luxurious and does not need to be. It is tidy, functional, welcoming and - most important of all - extremely well located for those looking to make beach life in Simos for a few days. I will certainly return!

Best beach house ever on one of my favourite beaches in Greece! The house itself is spacious, clean and the host was super helpful. Will definitely come back here as you can’t beat stepping onto Kati Nisi beach directly from your garden!

Just awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Alexis's was a great host. Promptly replies to all my messages. The home is very meticulously done. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. It's quite and private. Alexis came to welcome us and provided us with wine. Being a Sunday, the grocery store was closed but Alexis was kind enough to stock up with milk, eggs, water.

This is a beautiful place to stay! It was so quiet and serene in the middle of the orchards, plenty of space in both bedrooms and kitchen. Mapia had juice, bottled water, cake, bread, oranges and figs for us upon our arrival. Everything worked well. Ac units and fans were great, we loved exploring the pennisula, we had a fabulous stay. More than a 5 star stay

Lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, close to city and water. Lovely terrace with the most beautiful sea view. However, one room was in the basement.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts were so sweet and very helpful. They have a beautiful deli down the road that is a must to check out! The house was clean and comfortable in a prime location in monemvasia!
