This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. The Ranch

Small wooden house located in the heart of an equestrian and educational farm. In the countryside but within walking distance of the shops of Saint Ouen du Tilleul. 5 min drive to Elbeuf center and 20 min to the heart of Rouen. Guests can enjoy the 4 hectares of the property to relax, rest, picnic. Possibility to visit the educational farm, to rent a pony in hand for a discovery or to book horseback riding lessons and guided hikes in the forest.

Daniel's Fort

At the back of our Normandy ranch, treat yourself to a trip to America in a typical, rustic and unique fort in France! Entirely built of wooden logs, our fort is as close to nature as possible with its green roof. Although equipped with electricity, the essential wood stove sits in the middle of the single living room to bring warmth and charm to your stay. Equestrian accommodation available upon request. Dogs accepted.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
