Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

The Ranch

Small wooden house located in the heart of an equestrian and educational farm. In the countryside but within walking distance of the shops of Saint Ouen du Tilleul. 5 min drive to Elbeuf center and 20 min to the heart of Rouen. Guests can enjoy the 4 hectares of the property to relax, rest, picnic. Possibility to visit the educational farm, to rent a pony in hand for a discovery or to book horseback riding lessons and guided hikes in the forest.

Great for a peaceful stay for couples, families or groups of friends (up to 4 people). Beautiful living room with a living area (sofa bed 140 cm), a dining room, a small kitchen and a bedroom area (bed 140 cm). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Sheltered outdoor area.
