There is a large yard to enjoy, surrounded by trees, with a gazebo, picnic table, fire ring, gas grill and pond for fishing. Within five minutes of the hospital, John Deere facilities, JBS facilities, high school, restaurants, courthouse, park, downtown within 5 to 10 minutes of the mall area. Several churches in the area. No animals allowed.
