Everything is perfect and faithful to the advertisement. The bedding is impeccably fragrant, and the quality bath towels are equally clean. There's even a hair dryer, which the ad doesn't show. The owner leaves soap and toilet paper, which makes it a lot easier. Another point that was essential is that the air conditioning also becomes a heater, which was essential for the cold days. The shower is warm, a delight!

It was the second time I rented the apartment and again I had excellent service and accommodation. I recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay. We'd definitely be back. My son and I really enjoyed the heated pool. The neighbors and doormen are very friendly. All the facilities that the location offers. The apartment is super well equipped with everything you might need.

24-hour gate building and very close to a good supermarket (about 50 steps away). Everything I needed, I managed to do in the surroundings, which is a very comfortable area. Large, well organized and well-equipped apartment (I spent a month in Porto Alegre for work and the space has tables for quiet work). I also managed to cook good cooking in the kitchen, which had good pots (a well-functional wok), coffee maker, microwave and a large refrigerator, of about 350 litres. City Hall leaves nothing to be desired, wonderful cost/benefit. I hope next year you can stay in the apartment again!

This airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it is interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else is perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.
