A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside. Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
